Our story
We were born to fix the documentary chaos of the property market
Buying a home in Spain forces you to cross-check information scattered across Cadastre, Land Registry, Habitatge, ICAEN, SERPAVI, notaries and banks. Most buyers sign without having read half of those documents, and those who do take weeks.
